Requests & Complaints Management System (RCMS)

Requests and Complaints Management System handles request, complaints, issues, compliments and feedback received from the customers. These are raised as tickets then transferred in the inbox of the allocated assistants. The respective assigned operator takes the action against the ticket and logs the updates in the ticket. The ticket could be escalated, if required and tracked till closure. Dashboard Reports are available to track request, complaints, issues and feedback. RCMS helps in paperless work and tracks the conversations properly.
