This is customized as per the customer’s specific requirement such as accepting request for new recruitment by particular department, approval by management to request for recruitment, generating requirement profile for candidate, collection of resume’s as per profile, sorting out the resume’s as per the specific requirement (profile mapping), calling the candidate for interview, capturing the interview feedback, sending joining offer, tracking vacancies filled and remaining.
